		<description>I agree it is costly to aquire new customers and retention is the key.  However, our need based segmentaion approach to understanding the market place helps you to do both.  It helps you to identify areas of improvement to better serve existing customers, and where the gaps in the market are, where you could have a competitive advantage.  And finally a way to develope "what if" scenarios to see which move might be of greater benefit to the overall growth strategy.</description>
